Terms and Conditions
REGISTRATION
By booking a ticket for one of our events, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have any problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the allocation of risks mentioned here, please do not book tickets.
By booking a ticket, you automatically confirm that you and all participants are 18 years of age or older, at the time of booking the ticket(s).
PAYMENT
Please note that your reservation is legally binding. We will reserve a place for you and in exchange you will have to pay the full fee.
Events must be paid in full during the booking process.
CANCELATION
Below you will find the cancellation policy that applies to all of our events, including but not limited to rope jams, workshops, classes and workshops.
Note that:
-
Tickets are neither refundable nor transferable to a later date.
-
Tickets are transferable to another person under certain conditions (see below).
WHAT IF I GET SICK?
Let us know as soon as possible. We may be able to help you find someone to take charge of your ticket. The chances of finding a replacement less than 24 hours before the event are low.
WHAT IF I CAN’T GET THERE?
As if you become ill: inform us as soon as possible. We are happy to offer our assistance, whatever the reason for the cancellation.
WHAT IF I KNOW SOMEONE TO GET MY TICKET BACK?
Talk to us first and never buy a ticket from anyone without our prior approval. To ensure the quality of our events, we would like to check whether this person is suitable for the event in question.
HOW CAN ATELIER MAE HELP YOU?
We maintain waiting lists so that we can contact those registered. The sooner you cancel, the greater the chance we will be able to help you find a suitable replacement.
RESCHEDULING & FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, epidemics, government restrictions, fires, accidents, equipment failures or war.
We reserve the right to postpone the event in the event of an insufficient number of registrations or due to illness of the presenters.
DISRUPTIVE CONDUCT
You acknowledge and agree that we reserve the right to exclude you from the Event if we determine that your participation or conduct creates a disruption or interferes with the Event or other participants' enjoyment of the Event Content. We may also exclude any potential participant from registering or participating in any event in the future.
RESPONSIBILITY
During some events, the activities you undertake may be inherently dangerous. As such, neither Atelier Mae nor its volunteers will be liable for any injuries, damages, losses, delays or expenses caused to you or any other person participating in the event.
APPLICABLE LAW
These general conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with Belgian law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts and in particular those of Namur.
